One of the very best parts of being a lifestyle and portrait photographer is getting to meet new people and families and having what I truly consider the honor of seeing them through my lens. I feel like it’s a gift I’m given getting to watch families play, interact, enjoy and love each other and it definitely leaves an imprint on me. I’m always grateful when I get the chance to chat a bit after a photo session (and especially when I get to hold a beautiful, super sweet baby girl!) and feel especially lucky when I can leave the session feeling like I made new friends. This session last week with these two adoring, handsome fathers and their ADORABLE six month old baby girl was just that kind of experience. We met at Eldorado Park for their family photo session and to say they made my job easy would be an understatement. That little baby girl with that sweet, sweet face – She was a DREAM! So happy, easygoing, alert, interactive . . . and it’s not a surprise when you see how much love and affection she gets from her dads and how much she gives back. Being a daughter who has a special relationship with her own father, I definitely have a soft spot for daddies and daughters and especially devoted fathers like these two. It wasn’t hard to get some compelling images that showcase the love in this beautiful family. Alivia is such a lucky little girl.
