I know you’re not going to believe me when you see these images because she doesn’t look anywhere near 70, but today I am sharing with you a recent family portrait session that was purchased as a gift for their Mom’s 70th birthday! Family portraits make such a great gift, especially for milestone events and I of course always love when older children contact me to take family photos together as a gift for their parents, as was the case for this session.
This beautiful family did a fabulous job coordinating their outfits for the session – never easy when it’s a larger group of varying ages but they knocked it out of the park! The coordinating and complimentary colors look great together without being “matchy matchy” and the accessories on mom and daughter add a layer of visual interest. The saturated colors in all of their outfits really stand out against the desert landscape of Papago Park. And I of course love the cowboy boots (which also play a role in some very special images I will posting soon!)
